    the 4th Birthday Wishlist–Mommy’s Picks

As I said before, party plans for an October super hero themed birthday party are underway, and my little boy already has a list of wishes.

But I have my eye on a few other things for him. Nerd smile

Now, I LOVE all of the LeapFrog products that we own. LOVE them…well it would be great if some of them had a headphone attachment for when I’m working and the little one feels the need to sit at my feet with his toys on the loudest setting possible….but I digress.

We have a Tag Jr., a Scribble and Write, their Learning DVD set, and a bunch of other great toys and accompanying books that my little super hero loves, and learns with. And when I saw the LeapFrog LeapPad Explorer Learning Tablet ($100), I was excited! This thing looks amazing, and considering the fact that I’ve been bouncing around the idea of getting an iPad for him to play with, the timing of its release is perfect!

The JumpSmart Trampoline ($85) is small enough to store in a closet when not in use, and will give my Kivik a much deserved break. The handle bars look like an injury waiting to happen if not used properly, and I’m sure that in my house, it will be used improperly…so this one….I don’t know about…but something similar would be great.

Who doesn’t love Connect Four ($20) and Perfection ($20)? I mean really?

Toy Story Memory Board Game ($10) because Memory on its own is awesome, and doesn’t make noise, so add Andy’s toys into the mix, and you’re winning.

I think he’d like Super Hero Squad Chutes and Ladders ($15), if for no other reason than the fact that he loves the characters. But board games are perfect for the upcoming cold, snowy, rainy days. Just add some hot cocoa and popcorn, and everyone’s all smiles.

I’ve been meaning to get my little one a little plaque from Oneshare.com for a while, but always get wrapped up in other things, and then forget…They have tons of companies to choose from, and I love the concept. So, this year, I’ll get one…if I don’t forget to do it.

That’s all for now, it’s bedtime. I’ll talk to you in the next one!
